Former SK Telecom T1 jungler, Bae “Bengi” Seong-woong, has joined League of Legends Pro League team Vici Gaming, according to the team’s weibo.

Bengi, three-time World Champion, parted ways with SK Telecom T1 earlier this offseason. Bengi will fill the position vacated by Choi “DanDy” Inkyu, who is leaving Vici Gaming after playing with the team for two years. Vici Gaming signed former SKT mid laner Lee “Easyhoon” Jihoon in the offseason between 2015 and 2016, looking to prove himself. Bengi now joins his former teammate.

The weibo post goes on to detail Bengi’s international accomplishments, from his Season 3 World Championship victory through his win over ROX Tigers in the 2016 World Championship semifinal. Aside from winning three World Championships with SKT, Bengi has also been known as “The Jungle” and “The Right Hand of God,” loyal companion of Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok. Vici Gaming concluded their statement by saying that Bengi, throughout his career, has demonstrated heart, tenacity, and selflessness, three qualities that the Chinese team considers most important in their players.
