Broncos would select 14th overall in 2022 NFL draft if season ended today

Following a disappointing loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, the Denver Broncos enter their bye week with a 5-5 record. Denver’s right in the middle of the pack — not quite good enough for a playoff berth but also not quite bad enough to secure a top pick in the 2022 NFL draft.

Ten weeks into the season, the Broncos are currently on pace to select 14th overall in next year’s draft. Here’s a look at the current order for the top 15 picks in the 2022 NFL draft, courtesy of Tankathon.com.

1. Detroit Lions (0-8-1)
2. Houston Texans (1-8)
3. New York Jets (2-7)
4. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-7)
5. Philadelphia Eagles (via Miami Dolphins, 3-7)
6. New York Giants (3-6)
7. New York Jets (via Seattle Seahawks, 3-6)
