Cameron Calhoun, Winton Woods High School cornerback, commits to Michigan Wolverines

Cameron Calhoun, a Winton Woods High School Class of 2023 cornerback, announced Saturday night via Twitter his commitment to the Michigan Wolverines.

Earlier in the evening, the Wolverines defeated the Ohio State Buckeyes, 45-23, for their first win in Columbus since 2000.

Calhoun committed to West Virginia in March. He committed to the Cincinnati Bearcats in June. Calhoun decommitted from UC earlier this month.

Michigan defensive coordinator Jesse Minter is a 2005 Mount St. Joseph University graduate. He was a four-year football letterwinner at MSJ. Minter spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach for UC in 2008 and 2009. He is the son of Rick Minter, who was the Bearcats' head coach from 1994 to 2003.

Winton Woods lost in the regional semifinals to Kings.

The Warriors' Jermaine Mathews Jr. committed in July to OSU.
