Counter-Strike: Global Offensive event ELeague Major, backed by Turner and WME IMG, has come to a close, and following a gripping grand final, Danish team Astralis took first place and a cool $500,000 in prize money.

This marks the first major win for Astralis, who closed out the tournament in a close 2-1 series of games against Virtus.pro. The event also marked a new milestone on Twitch, peaking with an audience of over 1,020,000 on the stream (via TheScoreEsports) and setting the record for the highest number of concurrent viewers on a single stream, according to Twitch senior esports manager Cristian Tamas.
