Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team Godsent has qualified for the sixth season of the ESL Pro League by taking first place at the ESEA Premier playoffs, bringing down German organization BIG along the way.

While Godsent easily dispatched the likes of Gambit, Space Soldiers, and Team Spirit, they struggled a bit more to bring down the best team in Germany in BIG.

Thanks to their top finish at the Premier, Godsent will replace the last place team at ESL Pro League Season 5. The second and third place teams at the ESEA Premier (BIG and PENTA) will be playing the 12th and 13th place teams in a relegation match to decide who else will be joining Godsent at ESL Pro League Season 6.

Godsent was formed in April of last year, with the current lineup of players being cemented early this year after trading players back and forth with Fnatic for months. The players make up one of the four teams represented by CS:GO media agency RFRSH.

ESL Pro League Season 5 has yet to wrap up, with three weeks of regular season play left. The next match will be between FaZe and Mousesports on Tuesday, April 17. For more, stay right here on the Yahoo Esports CS:GO hub.
