Jenni 'JWoww' Farley's Husband Roger Mathews Slams Her Abuse Claims

Roger Mathews is speaking out against his estranged wife Jenni “JWoww” Farley after the Jersey Shore star released a statement accusing Mathews, 43, of physical and emotional abuse.

In a video shared on Instagram Thursday, Mathews said, “I sit here humbly before you today a pretty heartbroken man in light of recent circumstances and things that were said about me in a long rambling rant that was highly erroneous and had many lies in it.”

Mathews went on to explain that while his lawyers prepared a statement for him, he instead decided to “shoot from the hip.”

“We’re going to address this in court, which is the proper place to address this where it should be.

“We’ve proven Jenni and her attorneys to be liars in the past and we will do it again,” Mathews alleged in the clip. “There is a deep-rooted history of this — playing the victim.”

“This is just the early stages of this and I know we have the proponents of truth on our side.”

Truly sad it has come to this.

Mathews concluded the message by making a promise to fight for custody of his children: 2-year-old son Greyson Valor and daughter Meilani Alexandra, 4.

“My concern is my children and I will not stop until I have my children,” he said.

Along with the clip, Mathews included legal documents, which combat Farley’s claims.

“Ms. Farley uploaded what can only be described as fictitious and defamatory account of alleged unilateral, abusive conduct that creates a false narrative to provoke and incite her personal followers,” the document read.

The documents claim Farley’s statement created a bias against Mathews as it was shared and read by over a “quarter of a million” people.

A representative for Farley was not able to comment on Mathews accusations.

On Wednesday, along with the statement, which was shared on her personal website, Farley, 32, released footage that allegedly shows her Mathews attacking her.

In the startling clip, shared to Farley’s website on Wednesday, a man, who appears to be Mathews, can be seen shoving a woman, presumably Farley, to the ground in the kitchen of a home.

In addition to abuse, Farley alleged in her statement that Mathews’ “postings are consumed with inaccuracies, false statements, self-serving comments, outright misrepresentations and blatant lies.”

Farley then accused Mathews of teaming up with her ex-boyfriend Thomas Lippolis to extort money from her.

Lippolis was arrested in December and charged with third-degree extortion, the Tom’s River Police Department in New Jersey confirmed in a press release.

“It is unfathomable to me that because of you proactively contacting an ex-boyfriend of mine to team up against me, he was arrested for trying to extort money from me,” Farley alleged in her statement.

Farley also accused Mathews of having an abusive ex-boyfriend intimidate her.

“You didn’t stop there though. You persisted to try to take me down. You knew that another ex from my college years brutally beat me so badly that I was hospitalized.”

The reality star then alleged that Mathews has a video of her that he intends to use as blackmail against her after Farley filed a restraining order.

Farley filed the restraining order in December after she and Mathews got into an argument.

Despite the alleged incidents, Farley says she did her best to put on a brave face for their children and to let them know that she and Mathews are a unit.

“I clearly thought of us co-parenting well into the future as responsible parents should,” Farley wrote.

Farley had not previously addressed her relationship breakdown but has been heavily focused on her children.

In November, Farley revealed Greyson had been diagnosed with autism after previously opening up about his speech delay.

In her statement, Farley accused Mathews of neglecting their children’s health on multiple occasions, recalling an incident where he allegedly didn’t let a therapist into the house for Greyson’s scheduled appointment the previous week “even though she stood there knocking and ringing the bell for 30 minutes in the freezing cold.”

Farley continued by referring to her ex as “manipulative” and “irresponsible,” traits that meant their “children are the ones who suffer as a result.” One example, she alleged, was that he “rejected taking Meilani for an overnight because it meant spending $20 to $40 for a morning babysitter because you wanted to prove a ‘lifestyle’ (and you were unable to care for her because of your work schedule).”

After nearly three years of marriage, Farley filed for divorce from Mathewson Sept. 12, according to New Jersey’s Asbury Park Press.

Mathews previously made an emotional plea to repair his marriage.

Hours after news of the divorce filing broke, Mathews shared an emotional video on social media, swearing that he was “not done fighting” for his marriage.

“I’m gonna win my wife back; I’m gonna win her affection back; I’m gonna win her love back,” he said in the clip. “I have no intentions of being a single dad.”
