Mississippi State bros arrested for allegedly breaking into Alabama football building
Four Mississippi State students have been charged with felony burglary charges for allegedly breaking into Mal Moore Athletic Facility — the home of Alabama football and other programs.
According to the Tuscaloosa News, the four were captured on security footage breaking into the building at 2:17 a.m. on April 4. Police say “various items of memorabilia” were stolen but did not offer specifics.
The four — Samuel Tanner Fittes, 21, of Columbus, Mississippi; John Thomas Badley, 20, of Laurel, Mississippi; Joel Harper Hudnall, 20, of Madison, Mississippi; and Joshua Jordan, 21, of Starkville, Mississippi — have all been charged with third-degree burglary, a felony.
They were booked and released Monday on a $7,500 bond.

“Mississippi State is cooperating with authorities in this investigation,” MSU Chief Communications Officer Sid Salter said. “The young men will have to bear responsibility for their actions, whatever they were. The legal process will play out. MSU doesn’t have a role in the legal process, but will monitor that process.”
