Misfits Academy qualified via the 2017 EU LCS Promotion tournament, beating both Giants Gaming and Fnatic Academy on the way to the spot. Mysterious Monkeys will be retaining four Misfits Academy players.
The roster is as follows:
Park “Jisu” Jin-cheol – Top
Leon “Lamabear” Krüger – Jungle
Sofyan “CozQ” Rechchad – Mid
Florent “Yuuki60” Soler – AD carry

Mysterious Monkeys was previously a German team that had success in their domestic league. At ESL Meisterschaft Winter 2017, the org’s previous roster took home first place, beating Euronics Gaming in the finals. Interestingly, when Mysterious Monkeys picked up the EU LCS spot, their entire previous roster was transferred over to Euronics.
