Blizzard has teased a new upcoming event for its multiplayer shooter Overwatch.

The developer tweeted a short video featuring character Mei in a new outfit to celebrate the lunar new year, which will celebrate the commencement of the year of the rooster in the Chinese zodiac calendar. The tweet points to January 24, four days before the year of the rooster begins.

Given that Mei is a Chinese hero in the Overwatch lore, it makes sense to feature her in the video. She’s seen holding several red packets in the image, which suggests that there may be more new loot drops on the way. Red packets traditionally contain money and have been given to children during the lunar new year. The color red symbolizes good luck, while the writing on the packet wards off evil spirits.

Blizzard’s been steadily rolling out new content for Overwatch. Two weeks ago the new Oasis map hit the live servers, and the latest patch is currently available on the PTR server.
