Aside from one incredible shot – that followed with his pants rippingTom Brady wasn’t much of a help to partner Phil Mickelson during The Match: Champions for Charity earlier this year.

Ahead of The Match’s third go around, The Match: Champions for Change at at Stone Canyon in Oro Valley, Arizona, the five-time major champion said his new partner, Charles Barkley, was an upgrade. That caught Peyton Manning’s attention, who defeated Mickelson and Brady alongside Tiger Woods at Medalist Golf Club in May. This time around, Manning will tee it up with two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry.

“If I’m a certain quarterback down in Tampa, I don’t know how to take that,” said Manning, who referred to The Match II where Barkley was an analyst and had some fun at Brady’s expense. “I see Tom tweeting a little bit during this match, especially if Charles finds a piece of desert or cactus. I see a certain tweet coming out of one Tom Brady.”
