Nintendo has announced a port of its Pokémon fighting game Pokken Tournament DX coming to the Switch on September 22.

A trailer was shown during an eight-minute Pokémon Direct (a Nintendo Direct focused solely on Pokémon games) on Tuesday showing off the portable aspects of Pokken Tournament DX and a new 3v3 battle mode.

Five more characters will be added to the roster for Pokken Tournament DX, including Darkrai, Scizor, Empoleon, Croagunk, and Decidueye.

Pokken Tournament originally released in Japanese arcades in 2015. The Nintendo Wii U version launched in 2016 and was one of the main games in Evo 2016’s line-up.

Pokken Tournament fought a close battle with Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 in a player vote to make it in as the final game in Evo 2017’s marquee line-up. It fell short by roughly $5,000 when the player vote ended. Evo also decided to contribute $10,000 to 2017 Pokken tournaments.
