See Ja Morant, Jordan Poole handshake before Game 4 between Grizzlies, Warriors
Ja Morant will not play in Monday's Game 4 between the Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors after suffering a knee injury in the fourth quarter of Game 3 on Saturday.
Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins was critical of Jordan Poole's swipe of Morant's right knee on a play just before Morant limped off the floor.
"He was going after a dribble and Jordan Poole actually grabbed his knee and yanked it, which kind of triggered whatever happened," Jenkins said on Saturday, "so I'm actually going to be very curious what happens after that."
Poole was not fined or suspended for the swipe, and Morant was held out on Monday.
Before Game 4, as Poole warmed up and Morant walked to the Grizzlies bench, the two shook hands as seen by TNT cameras.

Morant had an MRI on his knee, but Jenkins did not reveal the results on Tuesday. Morant did not participate much in Monday's shootaround.
The third-year star guard has scored at least 30 points in each of the first three games of the series, including a 47-point performance in Memphis' Game 2 victory.
