SK Telecom T1 are headed to the 2016 League of Legends World Championship finals.

In perhaps the best five-game series of all time — and almost certainly the best in Worlds history — SKT beat ROX Tigers to punch their ticket to Staples Center and their third Worlds final in four years.

After an incredibly close loss in the first game, ROX Tigers tried something that no one could have expected. Kang “GorillA” Beom-hyeon pulled out Miss Fortune support for Game 2 to lane with Kim “PraY” Jong-in’s Ashe.

Yes, that’s right, Miss Fortune support.

The unprecedented pick completely threw off the traditionalist SKT, allowing ROX to takes games 2 and 3. Arrow after arrow landed as the high-damage support finished off his opponents. In both games, PraY couldn’t miss, lifting the ROX Tigers to a 2-1 lead.

But Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok and Bae “Bengi” Seong-ung weren’t going to go down that easily. SKT’s jungler in particular was key to the series, as he was subbed in for Game 4 and became instrumental in their wins. He played Nidalee for the first time in his professional career and carried on it. Then, he secured early leads for SKT with Lee Sin in Game 5. Once again, Bengi proved that he is the most clutch player in the game.

Next week, SKT will play the winner of the semifinal match between H2K and Samsung Galaxy for the title of World Champion at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
