Immortals CS:GO team benches fnx, looking for trade offers

One of the best Brazilian Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players is once again without a team. Immortals has benched Lincoln “fnx” Lau from its starting roster, replacing him temporarily with coach Rafael “zakk” Fernandes. Immortals is currently looking for trade offers from other teams.

Regarding his benching, Immortals said in a Facebook statement, “One of the biggest problems we’ve faced are internal issues that, unfortunately, affected in-game performance. Maintaining a healthy atmosphere is extremely important to us. We are benching Lincoln ‘fnx’ Lau.”

fnx has long been considered one of the best players to come out of Brazil, having taken home his first 1.6 major title at ESWC 2006 when he was just 16 years old. Since then, he’s played for a variety of teams in Counter-Strike 1.6, Source, and Global Offensive. Before he joined up with Immortals, he most recently Luminosity Gaming and SK Gaming. With Luminosity, he took home titles at DreamHack Austin 2016, the Columbus MLG Major in 2016, and ESL One: Cologne.
